I forgot my password – what should I do now?
In the "Sign In" section, there is a button labeled "Forgot Password?". Enter your email address in the designated field, confirm the submission, and your new password will be sent to you within a few minutes. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. After your first login, you can change your password to one of your choice under "My Personal Data."

Can I place an order via email, fax, or phone?
Currently, our CAPRICE team cannot accept orders via email, letter, fax, or phone.
How do I place an order as a new customer?
1. First, select the items you would like to order from the CAPRICE online shop. Choose the desired color and size for the item, and add it to your virtual cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can initially collect the items you want to order or save for later in the cart.
2. You can view your selection at any time under "Cart" and make changes to the chosen products.
3. Once you have made your selection, initiate the ordering process by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
4. You have the option to register as a customer (see "What benefits do I have if I register?") or proceed with the order process without registration.
5. Follow the further instructions and select your billing and shipping address as well as your preferred shipping and payment method.
6. Before completing your order, we will summarize your information for you to review. You have the opportunity to correct any input errors before submitting the order.
7. You finalize your purchase by clicking the "Confirm and Buy" button. By pressing this button, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement, which we will review and then accept.Is there a quick shopping feature?

I'm looking for a specific item. How can I find it the fastest?
With our search function, you can quickly find your new favorite shoes! Simply enter the desired term, product category, item number, or item name in the search field and confirm your search. Alternatively, you can filter by various criteria, such as color or material, on each product overview page to get closer to your personal style.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, you can contact our customer service to request the cancellation of your order. However, if the process has progressed too far, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the item to us.
Can I cancel the purchase prematurely?
As long as you have not yet submitted the order, you can remove items from your cart at any time. Simply click on "Cart" and delete the items you do not want.
Where can I find the language selection?
You can find the language selection on the right side of the footer, at the very bottom of each page. Here, you can switch between the available languages and delivery countries.
Is there a CAPRICE newsletter? How can I subscribe/unsubscribe?
Yes, with our newsletter, you will always be informed about new products, exclusive promotions, and the latest CAPRICE collection! You can easily subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter in your account under "My Personal Data." Alternatively, you will also find a link in the footer of each page that allows you to register quickly.
Is there a minimum order value per customer?
In the CAPRICE online shop, there is a minimum order value of €20. This applies to the actual value of the goods (shipping cost contributions or any invoicing fees are not included).
What happens after I complete my order?
After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email with all the details. If you have a customer account, you can conveniently track the status of your order at any time under "My Orders." Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will inform you with a shipping confirmation via email—so you will know exactly when your order is on its way to you.

Delivery and Shipping
What shipping methods does the CAPRICE online shop offer?
Delivery of goods in the CAPRICE online store is done via parcel delivery with one of our logistics partners. For more information, please check the footer at the bottom of each page.
Has my order been received?
After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. This email contains all the details of your order, such as the billing and shipping address, subtotals, discounts, shipping costs, the total purchase amount, and information about the chosen payment and shipping method. With this email, we confirm the receipt of your order.
What are the shipping costs in the CAPRICE online shop?
To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we cover a large part of the shipping costs for you. The exact delivery costs are displayed in the shopping basket.
When can I expect the delivery of my order?
The delivery time is between one and three working days. You can track the current shipping status of your shipment at any time in the CAPRICE online shop under "My Orders" in your account.
Can I return an item I have already received?
After receiving the goods, you can return them to us within 30 days. To ensure a quick and smooth processing, please note the following instructions: Please return the items to us in an unworn original condition and use the return label included with each shipment. If you do not have a return label, please contact our customer service.
Note: Purchases made on capriceshoes.com cannot be returned, exchanged, or claimed in physical retail storesI have returned an item. How will I receive my refund?
After receiving and positively reviewing your return, we will promptly refund the purchase price. We will refund you via the payment method you used for your purchase. This means:
For purchases made via advance payment, you will receive a credit to the bank account from which the transfer was made.
For payments made through PayPal, you will receive your money back there as well.
For purchases made on invoice, we will reduce your invoice by the value of the returned item. You will pay the invoice minus the goods you returned. If the payment has already been made, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
For payments made by credit card, we will issue a credit to your credit card account. Please note that you may only see this credit on your next credit card statement, even though the credit has already been issued. We have no influence over the billing date of your credit card statement (for this, please contact the issuing bank).Where is my order currently located?
As a registered user, you have the option to view the current shipping status of your order in your account under "My Orders." Please note that the package tracking display may not be available immediately after placing your order.
I received a damaged item – what can I do?
Despite thorough inspection and quality control of our products, there may be rare instances of deviation from the usual CAPRICE quality. In this case, please return the item to us. Simply use the return label that was included with your order. If you do not have a return label, please contact our customer service.
Is it possible to revoke the purchase contract? And how long is my right of withdrawal?
You have the option to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days. Please refer to the withdrawal instructions for more information.
Will I incur costs in the event of a return?
In the CAPRICE online shop, there are no additional costs for you in the event of a return. Simply use the return label that was included with your delivery. If you do not have a return label, please contact our customer service.
I was unable to receive my package during the first delivery attempt. What options do I have?
In case our logistics partner is unable to reach you personally or cannot hand over the package to a neighbor, you will be informed of the delivery attempt via a notification card. Your package will be stored at a nearby post office or parcel station.
How long does it normally take for my refund to be processed?
Experience has shown that it can take up to five working days (for refunds to an account) or up to ten days (for refunds to your credit card) for the value to be refunded after the return has been booked. Please note that you will only be able to see the credit on your next credit card statement, even though the credit has already been issued. We have no influence on the billing date of your credit card statement. A maximum of 28 days may pass before you can see the credit for your credit card.
Can I enter an alternative delivery address?
You can easily add further delivery addresses to your personal profile in your account under ‘My addresses’. Here you can view all previously saved delivery addresses and add a new delivery address by clicking on ‘Create new address’. You also have the option of entering additional delivery addresses during the ordering process; these are then automatically saved when you register in ‘My account’.
Will I be informed as soon as the returned item has arrived?
As soon as we have received and booked the goods you have dispatched, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by e-mail.
Can I also have my order sent to a parcel station?
You have the option of selecting a parcel station as an alternative delivery address on the address page during the purchase process.
Return shipment
I have received a damaged item - can I exchange it?
You are welcome to return your damaged item to us. Please state on your return note that it is an exchange because the item is damaged. We will then send you a new, undamaged item. Of course, we can only provide you with a new item if it is in stock in the correct size and colour. We will inform you of this in an e-mail.
How do I return a damaged item?
A returns label is enclosed with every order. The charge for this has already been paid and allows you to return your parcel free of charge. Simply stick the returns label on your parcel and hand it in at a post office near you. If you do not have a returns label, please contact our customer service. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail from us.

Yes, with the CAPRICE newsletter you will always be informed about new articles, promotions and trends. You will also receive a €5 voucher for your next purchase as a welcome gift when you register.
How can I register for the newsletter?
We have integrated a field for you to register for the newsletter at the bottom of the CAPRICE online shop. If you already have a customer account for the CAPRICE online shop, you can also register for the newsletter in your account under ‘My personal data’.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you have decided that you no longer wish to receive the CAPRICE newsletter, you can unsubscribe from the CAPRICE newsletter in your account under ‘My personal data’ if you have a customer account for the CAPRICE online shop.
Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from the CAPRICE newsletter using the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.
Payment methods
What payment methods are available in the online shop?
In the CAPRICE online shop you have the choice between various convenient and secure payment methods. You will find the available payment methods in the footer at the bottom of every page.
How can I redeem a voucher/discount code?
You can simply enter your voucher or discount code in the shopping basket. The corresponding amount will then be deducted immediately from the total amount or - depending on the promotion - the bonus product will be added automatically. Of course, you can remove the code at any time before submitting your order and save it for another purchase.
Voucher codes
How often can I use a voucher?
As a rule, each voucher code can only be used once per customer - only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
Can I have a voucher paid out in cash?
Cash payment is excluded.
Can I combine a voucher with other vouchers or promotions?
A combination with other voucher codes and/or discount campaigns is not intended.
How can I redeem a voucher/discount code?
You can redeem your voucher or discount code directly in the shopping basket. After entering the voucher code, depending on the type of promotion, the corresponding amount is displayed and deducted from the total amount of your purchase or the bonus product is added to the shopping basket. Of course, you can remove the voucher or discount code at any time before sending the order in order to use it for another purchase.
How long is my voucher valid for?
Voucher codes can only be redeemed for a limited time - until the date specified for the voucher code/discount promotion. An extension is not possible.
Can I pass on a voucher?
The sale or transfer to third parties is not permitted.
